First of all, Hollywood is a tough business. In fact, the film La La Land (2016) reveals the dangers of pursuing dreams in Los Angeles, also known as “The City of Angels.” Because of that, films about Hollywood reveal the reality associated with the entertainment world. That is part of the reason why Inside Daisy Clover is a seminal classic.
A Toast!
Nominated for three Academy Awards, this is a compelling drama. Furthermore, Gavin Lambert masterfully adapts his own novel for this feature film. Additionally, Ruth Gordon earned both a Golden Globe Award and an Oscar nomination for her supporting role. Finally, this film features incredible performances from Natalie Wood and Robert Redford.

Unfortunately, some of the thematic content within the film makes it edgy, but this review will not spoil that.
Verdict
Achieving fame is a common dream, but pursue that dream carefully.
