Bushwick Blooze Band’s new single “Waiting” is blues rock with attitude. The four minute instrumental is heavy on guitar licks where a touch of the old and plenty of modern era blues deliver a jam that resonates with any audience.
The guitar’s prominence really comes alive midway. A scorching slow hand of electricity comes right at you as it takes center stage, with percussion playing right along, and the medley of the two add lots of fire to “Waiting”. You hear the influences of Clapton, Beck, King, and Vaughn yet Bushwick Blooze make the track sound like something from 2020. This is the new blues, and Bushwick Blooze Band leads the way towards making the blues trending once again. “Waiting” is one you wanna hear free of any stimulant, but if you gotta grab a cold one, make it one beer and enjoy the blues!
