Being kidnapped would really be nightmarish. Shockingly, sometimes people in real life commit crimes for the sake of engaging in naughty behavior. Besides that dark and twisted fact, some narratives are powerful stories based on that dark truth. In fact, a film that deals with that controversial topic is The Collector.
A Toast!
Nominated for three Academy Awards, this is a dark classic. First of all, Samantha Eggar deserved her Academy Award nomination for her leading role. Furthermore, the film itself is a chilling adaptation of the original novel by John Fowles. Finally, this is a major achievement for director William Wyler.

Needless to say, this film might not be suitable for everyone.
Verdict
Collecting might not be the best hobby to take after all (especially with what collectors collect)!
