As a dance, the waltz is very elegant. In fact, the ballroom scene from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast is iconic. Therefore, a film entitled The Great Waltz is very refined.

First of all, this film deserved its Oscar win for its cinematography. Additionally, Miliza Korjus earned an Academy Award nomination for her supporting role. Finally, the film editing makes the film feels expertly choreographed.
