Joe Biden made American history when he became President of the United States. Interestingly, many films like to present fictionalized stories involving presidencies. One of the most hilarious is Wag the Dog.
A Toast!
Nominated for two Academy Awards, this film is a laugh out loud riot! Furthermore, Dustin Hoffman delivers one of his best performances in this film. Additionally, the screenplay honors the original book by Larry Beinhart while also being its own unique entity.

Unfortunately, this film is a bit raunchy, but there will be no major spoilers in this review.
Verdict
Sometimes a dog really is smarter than its tail (figuratively)!
