Many would say that they would enjoy “a jolly holiday.” In fact, that was the title of a song from the original 1964 classic Mary Poppins. Furthermore, many would agree that is okay to have fun when the work is done. That is part of the reason why The Holiday is a comedic classic!
A Toast!
Starring Katharine Hepburn and Cary Grant, this film is hilariously delightful. Additionally, the film deserved its Oscar nomination for its gorgeous production design. Not only does the film look beautiful, but Hepburn is absolutely breathtaking as “Linda Seton”. Finally, this film is definitely one of the best from director George Cukor.

Hip hip hooray, and please do try to enjoy this film during a holiday!
