As viewers, it takes courage to watch suspenseful thrillers. Even films outside of the horror genre could be hard to watch. That is the case for the classic crime drama Marathon Man.

The tension within this film is very palpable. Furthermore, Dustin Hoffman and Laurence Olivier deliver powerful performances in this film. In fact, the film itself has a brilliant screenplay that William Goldman wrote as an adaptation of his own novel. This film redefines what it means to commit criminal activity!
Verdict
Watching Marathon Man is like being part of a marathon without doing any running!
